Our Darkwoods blend is named after the Mountain Caribou habitat that the Nature Conservancy purchased north of Creston, on the west side of Duck + Kootenay Lake. This area is a rare inland rainforest habitat and one that we treasure having in our backyard.
Inspired by the Ladyslipper Trail and the rare orchid of the same name that grows in our bioregion. Drink it straight or with milk, at home or on a mountain.

A blend of washed and natural Ethiopian from the Sidama and Yirgacheffe regions. The beans are organically grown, though some of them are not certified.
It's a versatile coffee that is great for both espresso and filter brew methods.
Not only is this a certified organic coffee, it’s Grade 1 and from one single farm! This is something new from Ethiopia, until recently you couldn’t single out a farmer but only get coffee from a co-op. This one is naturally processed and is very fruit-forward and rich. It’s a flavour bomb and we love it.
